ATV Services Scotland recently met with the multi-agency partnership (SPARC) and its key organisations involved. We handed over a Can-Am Outlander to Police Scotland and partners and look forward to collectively working together to prevent, reduce and tackle rural crime! SPARC (The Scottish Partnership Against Rural Crime) provides practical crime prevention advice. It also drives and supports intelligence gathering that may result in enforcement activity, all of which is underpinned through empowerment and reassurance.
ATV Services Scotland are helping to provide strategic focus and an understanding on how to deter theft and keep owners machines safe. We have offers on different farm security items including tracker devices, all of which can be viewed HERE. With the assistance of the Can-Am Outlander provided by us this spring - it will allow the partnership to be visible at shows and various events. The group aim to reduce any perceived fear of crime. This year they will speak to attendees at various events - explaining measures people (and businesses) can put in place for more confidence to be conveyed to Agricultural, Gamekeeping and similar industries.
