Service, it’s all about service.
When our business started it was based on service (hence our name). Still to this day it is what we are about. Every sale we make, every enquiry we take is based on service.
We employ more people dedicated to keeping your machine moving than any of our competitors, in fact you won’t even find a salesman in any of our depots, we all wear boiler suits and all drive vans.
With constant technical update courses and factory backed warranties you cannot do better for your ATV / UTV.
We are happy to quote menu pricing for most makes and models of modern ATV & UTV (under 5 years old proprietary brands only)
Servicing can be carried out on your site and if we need to take your machine to our workshop we can leave a replacement (may attract an extra cost and T&C's apply).
Most of our service operations are from menu pricing but this is calculated on £52 plus vat per hour, that said when we quote you a job price that is what you'll pay, if anything holds us back we do not pass that on to you our customer.
Often we are asked to diagnose an ATV and we do offer an initial diagnosis and pricing of repair. This is a flat £60 including VAT and this give the customer a chance to either have the repair completed or make alternative arrangement.
We are more than happy to "come to you", sometimes a simple repair or service can be completed at your own premises (given suitable area to work in) or we can come and collect your machine. Loan machines are available for those that depend on their machine and there is a small hire charge for those that didn't purchase the vehicle originally from ourselves to cover cleaning and maintenance. To get on site of course there is a charge of £1.25 plus vat per mile calculated from your nearest depot, although we will never exceed £65 plus vat (unless the customer wishes immediate attendance then this shall be calculated and quoted) and we only charge ONE way and labour does not start until we are on site.
We try to keep our charges as simple, fair and transparent as possible.
All Inclusive Service
Our Brand Ambassador "Shug the Dug" heard his owner mention they were going all inclusive and assumed he was off on holiday and prepared for it.
Unfortunately for Shug there is no holiday coming but there is a new ATV and as it is being supplied form ATV Services on an All Inclusive basis the shrewd owner has no costs, out with damage or wear they wish repaired, during the 24 month warranty period.
