We pride ourselves in the length of service to the industry and many of our senior employees started as apprentices many moons ago.

Coming straight into the family business straight from school John trained as an Agricultural Engineer and was the business first employee.
John is now the driving force behind the business and responsible day to day management,
Derek Paterson

Derek joined us straight from college where he trained as an Agricultural Engineer.
Derek started as John Jnr's apprentice and has worked diligently to become "second in command" at HQ as well as selling and still carrying out repairs when necessary.

The man who started it all.
John is still a major part of the business and still sells a good bit of what goes through our Head Office.
The ethos of what we do, service before all else is 100% due to him.

Simon joined us nearly 20 years ago to assist with service in the Wigtownshire area and is now responsible for the depot and his colleagues there.

Janis is John Jnr's wife and joined the company back in 2005.
Janis's background is in finance and she now controls that aspect of our business too as well as being ultimately responsible for HR & HSE assisted by her team.
Rosemary is John Snr's wife and John Jnr's Mother so a good part of her role is keeping them "right" on a day to day basis!
Rosemary still assists in the office day to day with the purchase ledger.

John & Robbie first met on a training course and soon agreed that they should "work together" and for the last 15 years that's exactly what they've done.
Robbie is an integral part of our team and is extremely hands on in the area.

With a history of working in agricultural supply Alasdair is a great addition to our growing team.
Alasdair is responsible for new sales and customers as well as pushing our business expansion into new areas and sectors.

Aisling started with us as an administrative assistant and has worked her way to being recently appointed as Aftersales Manager.
Aisling is a prime example of our ethos of promoting from within to achieve superior customer service.
A great addition to our team Lorna joins us with a wealth of knowledge and experience form the Automotive sector where she has been employed for most of her working life.
Daughter of a local Shephard she understands our customers and where our machines are used.
Graham is our Parts & aftersales assistant and has just completed the Honda Aftersales Training programme.
Graham works in our Parts & Service Dept at HQ.
Social Media & Marketing Assistant
Lauren has recently joined the team doing social media & marketing. She is currently studying digital Imaging and marketing at Glasgow.
From a farming background Lauren understands our target market well.

Administration
Karen is a key part to getting things done. Based at HQ her role is diverse and takes in registering of ATV's to customers to controlling the sales ledger.
Never flustered Karen is a steady hand in the office.

Karyn is another of our 2018 intakes and is employed in the main office at HQ.
Away from work Karyn is an accomplished musician and a great advocate of Scottish music, and even has her own program on local radio.

John joined us with a background in Motorcycle repair and is still the first one to the door for anything unusual.
John is responsible for the service team and Ayr and works directly with Aisling to ensure everything that should get down gets done.

Graham joined as many years ago and has a wealth of knowledge in the repair and service of our products.
Recently Graham has also turned his hand to selling and is happy to help customer with purchases when he can.

Another long serving colleague Charli came to us with a background in Agricultural Engineering.
The real steady hand in the workshop Charli has amassed a great knowledge of what we do and how we do it.

Scott started with us straight from school and was our first Suzuki apprentice.
Now and integral part of our service team Scott handles a great deal of the on site service in the Dumfries and Galloway area.

Paul joined us straight from school and in making good progress on the Honda ATV apprenticeship course.
He is progressing well in our company and become a vital part of the Argyll operation.
John joined up in mid 2018 direct from a major UK car retailer. A biker with a keen interest in everything mechanical John is a welcome addition to the service staff.
Jack started with us in early 2018 and is our Suzuki GB apprentice.
With a keen interest in Agriculture on his days off can often be found helping on local farms.

Currently attending Kilmarnock progress he is making good progress within the company.

Now semi retired Ricky still works part time to assist in general activities around the depots as well as moving good around between depots.
