ATV & Utility Vehicle Mechanic / Technician
Lochgilphead PA31 8RR
MECHANICAL ENGINEER / VEHICLE TECHNICIAN TO WORK ON ATV, UTILITY VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Argyll
Salary: £27,378.00-£34,043 00 per year
We have an immediate opening for a Mechanical Engineer / Vehicle Technician to work on ATV, Utility Vehicles and Equipment, to join our team at Argyll & The Isles Depot based in Lochgilphead.
Working within an established team you shall have a track record of working on mechanical vehicles to the highest standard within a high pressure, busy environment either in our workshop or on a customer’s site.
We would expect that you are totally comfortable working on petrol & diesel engines, electrics and drivetrains found on modern vehicles with at the very least basic computing skills and a high standard of paperwork and reporting is a big part of the job.
Specific experience on ATV's or Utility Vehicles is not necessary (although a plus) we will ensure your current skills are transferred successfully and provide any model specific training required on an ongoing basis.
Given our trading area there shall be Island work required with early starts and over nights stays out a certainty.
Salary dependent on experience and abilities but will be competitive, and you can expect that there shall be a practice element to any interview we offer with references required.
