Agreement to Purchase: By placing an order with ATV Services Scotland Ltd, the buyer agrees to purchase the goods or services as specified in the order.

Delivery: ATV Services Scotland Ltd will deliver the goods or services to the buyer's address as specified in the order. Delivery times may vary depending on availability and other factors.

Payment: The buyer agrees to pay the full price for the goods or services as specified in the order, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges. Payment must be made at the time of the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

Title and Risk: Ownership of the goods will pass to the buyer on receipt of payment, but risk in the goods shall remain with ATV Services Scotland Ltd until delivery is completed.

Warranties: ATV Services Scotland Ltd warrants that the goods or services will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose. Any claims for breach of warranty must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods or services.

Limitation of Liability: ATV Services Scotland Ltd's liability for any claim arising out of the sale of goods or services shall be limited to the price paid by the buyer for the goods or services. ATV Services Scotland Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, or any other indirect or consequential loss.

Governing Law: These conditions of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law. Any dispute arising from the sale of goods or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Variation: These conditions of sale may not be varied except in writing signed by a director of ATV Services Scotland Ltd.

Force Majeure: ATV Services Scotland Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these conditions of sale if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil disturbance, or industrial action.

Entire Agreement: These conditions of sale constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all previous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the sale of goods or services by ATV Services Scotland Ltd.
